SUMMARY This Privacy Policy describes how AICharz.com collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
WHAT WE COLLECT In order to remember you (your preferences, to get to know you as a person) the AICharz bot is limited to remembering 10 facts about you, e.g. if you prefer chocolate ice cream and you want her to remember it, she will.  This data is held only for each specific chat session.  Future advanced versions of AICharz may remember more, for longer (if the user chooses) but this option has not yet been implemented. Personal identifying information, such as your name and email address,has not yet been set up on this website.  If an option to do this is set up in the future, it will be with your permission (and it can be deleted at any time, at your request). 
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION Unlike many websites, we do NOT automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, through cookies or similar technologies. The chat bot model is only able to remember up to 10 things that you choose to share with her about you to enable personalize your chat with her.  This data is only retained only while each chat session takes place. Future versions may store more pieces of information, for longer, but only if the user gives permission as they wish to build a rapport with the chat bot that will remember them.  However, this functionality has not been added yet.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the information of your thoughts and responses (e.g. up to 10 items) with the chat bot to provide a rewarding and personalized chat with the AI chat bot. This is currently limited to each chat session only. At present we have no Newsletter, so no other data about you is stored or collected. 
MARKETING PURPOSES In the future, with your consent, we may use your email address to send you newsletters or promotional materials.  However, we currently do not have a Newsletter service.

ANALYTICS We may use analytics tools to monitor website traffic and improve user experience.
How We Share Your Information: We do NOT share any data or information with any Third Party Providers.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE We may disclose your information (if we have any in the future), if required, by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
YOUR RIGHTS We currently do not collect any personal information.  The AI chat will temporarily hold up to 10 pieces of information about you (e.g. if you tell her that your favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate).  This is held temporarily within OpenAI (not with us) and discarded once your chat session has ended.
OPT-OUT As we do not have any current OPT-IN systems in place there is nothing to  OPT-OUT of.
